Summary
Working Shifts: Four nights per week across Monday - Sunday
Hours: 38 hours per week
Start Times: Most rounds commence between 2300 - 0200 as a guide
As a Milk Delivery Roundsperson, you’ll represent Cotteswold Dairy to residential customers, delivering our quality dairy products with care and efficiency. This is a hands-on, physically active role involving night shifts and early mornings. You’ll handle every aspect of delivery, from loading and unloading to managing orders and invoices using electronic handheld devices. Your dedication to service and attention to detail will make a real impact on our customer experience.
Key Duties include:
- Deliver dairy and related products to residential customers, ensuring each delivery meets our quality standards.
- Operate electronic handheld units to manage orders and invoicing.
- Load and unload vehicles with accuracy and care.
- Build strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service and adapting to flexible start times.
Working Hours
- 4 nights per week, minimum 38 hours, on a “job & finish” basis.
- Start times between 2300 and 0200, with flexibility based on round completion times.
- Occasional additional shift required (up to 4 extra days per year).
This role requires flexibility and commitment to night-time and early morning work, including Bank Holidays.
