This is your chance to join one of the UK’s leading family-run dairies as a Mechatronics Maintenance Apprentice – in partnership with GET (Gloucestershire Engineering Training), a recognised leader in high-quality engineering apprenticeships.
What You'll Be Doing:
This apprenticeship offers a unique mix of classroom training and real-world experience:

Year 1: Spend term time at GET in Gloucester building essential engineering skills. During holidays, you’ll join our experienced Engineering Team at our Tewkesbury Production Facility.

Years 2–4: Work full-time on-site with our maintenance team, taking on real engineering projects and supporting production with breakdowns and machine reliability. Your training at GET will continue part-time.

Gain hands-on experience in GET's fantastic training facility using machinery such as mills, drills, lathes, grinders, and CNC (computer numerical controlled) equipment. Apply this knowledge to real-world scenarios and issues at Cotteswold Dairy.
You’ll be an essential part of a team that keeps our high-speed dairy production lines running — every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities. With apprentices in their second & third year already on site + dedicated mentors and academic support staff, you will have a secure support network to ensure you thrive.
